Changing Patron Power set

You can't change which arc you do, but completing any of the Patron arcs unlocks all 4 Patron sets, so you can choose whatever you want.

...and you can respec into a different patron pool if you want.

Is it possible to change patrons or patron power sets midway through the arc? After completion? through a respec. Currently I am working on Mu Mastery but I think I might want to change to mace. Am I stuck?
