If you say so. I'm just highlighting what in my opinion is the most likely outcome. Imagine it; you put some IOs on the Market, suddenly you have 1.8 billion. Now forgive me for sounding rude, but I highly doubt that most people would go all the way to try and return it to come out in the end looking like some nice guy. If I recieved 1.8 billion infamy all of a sudden in the BM, I would actually just go off and spend it. Sorry, but that's the reality of it.

It could have been avoided aswell. I'm just saying. No point in complaining about my 'attitude'.

1) The OP is asking, not demanding.
2) Some people do try to return inf on misbids. It doesn't often work, but it's not completely ridiculous.
3) If you're going to be a jerk, have the courage of your convictions. Getting defensive and backing down just makes you look worse. Compare "I would rather burn my inf than give it to you, and I'm not sorry. Here's the SG I started to burn inf instead of giving it to you. #1 on two servers! And counting." to "I would rather burn my inf than give it to you. I'm sure you're a nice person, and all, but I just can't right now."

Hardly. No one disputes that YOUR money in real life is YOURS, but charities and churches politely ask you to part with some of it quite often.

Oh, I agree that it's the most likely outcome. But, unlike you, I don't think the reason is that other gamers are greedy. I think it's because the overwhelming majority of the players don't read the forums.

No, they would do it because they feel it's the right thing to do. As I said previously, this has happened numerous times. People have come forward and VOLUNTEERED the information that they ended up with an unexpected windfall and trying to find the previous owner.
