LF affordable Arch/TA build

Hiyas, im currently leveling a Arch/TA Corrupter, hes at level 37 atm. Speeding to 50 pretty quick, i am loving him, which is a huge surprise since i am more of a tank/brute/scrap kinda of player. Anyways, im looking for a decent build for him, and i do have a price range on this character. Im trying to stick with 1bil or below. Im looking at more of a team-based corrupter, since at 50, TFs/Trials is all i do. Iv been playing with Mids but seems like i make epic builds, then i look at the bonuses, and its like.. hmm not what i expected.. IMO what my corrupter needs is little more damage, i find that Arch is a little light on the damage. So i think more of a damage, and maybe recharge, or up his defense a little bit, not sure.. Cant fix all the problems.. Any help would be great if someone could even give me some idea of a build which i could even go by off of.

I posted the build I am using the other day. If you get the LoTG recharge io's through merits (reg or hero/vill tip mishes), it should be cheap, I replaced the one purple set with a cheap IO set since you want to cut costs.

Well i can afford about 1bil, maybe more. So, 1 set of purples shouldnt be a issue, and reward merits for me are easy, i do TFs all the time, so i normaly get those through that, or other 50s which are collecting dust which i know i wont play, or atlesat wont care about losing a couple IOs. I change it up to my liking, got more recharge and damage buffs out of mine. Lost some other things, but imo, for a corrupter, its not needed. Thank you so much, now i can start collecting my 50 Recipes/IOs for this char.

Getting Good for Cheap is well Good, lol. Between incarnates and IOing, my char's are beasts. I spent 2bil on my ele/stone tank. He only has all the T3s of incarnates, and i love him. Now im goin to be pimpin my arch/ta for a good price, cause most things i need, i have doubles in the base

Also have a Trap/Rad Defender, still trying to get use to it, figuring out everything still, i dont play def/trollers, anything squishy really at all.. just tanks/brutes/scraps, and i have 3 trollers, but i dont play em at all.. All IOed..just sitting there, rotting lol.

For the life of me I can't bring myself to spend alot on my TA's, it's a case of looking at what I am actually getting for the percentage bonuses and saying to myself "I can live without it". It's not like with say Empathy where the difference between fortituding 5 people and 3 people is perfectly noticeable. However the incarnate stuff is on the list of to do's with mine so I would suggest that as the primary focus for you. So in short a cheap build could suffice.

My TA/DP is lvl 30. Probably my most fun teaming character. I have a high recharge build planned. After looking at it, and from my teaming experience, Like New Dawn, Im not sure its worth it. I think its probably just as fun to play with basic IO's I imagine. Most battles I really just have time to fire off disruption arrow, maybe glue, fire off my aoe's. I love OSA, and its mad fun to fire off, but I barely notice any difference in how it helps the team. I dare say, its barely more helpful than disruption and the my other two aoe's. I imagine once HOB come available, I will have something valuable to shoot off every spawn, with just IO's.

TA seems a set, that is great fun teaming and works really well in that role with simple slotting.

I imagine it would be better with a billion spent, but not oh my gosh better teaming, and probably not much better soloing, or atleast from what I have seen.

Might be more fun planning the build, than the actual benefit from the build.
