Human-only WS build

So, I've been having a lot of fun with my lowbie WS (He's now about level 33) and, after reading some of the guides, decided to try to make a build for him. It has a perma-eclipse and perma-hasten, caps resistance with 6 enemies, and therefore I decided not to take any shields and instead grabbed the Leadership pool. Seems a bit heavy on end use still, but I tried to buff up the Recovery some to take care of that. Here it is!

I have a mostly-Human Warshade that can shapechange but usually doesn't.

The main thing I would change on your build is Stygian Circle. You will get more endurance recovery out of it if you slot it for maximum recharge and use it all the time. This is also your primary healing power, and giving it at least one Heal IO will help to insure that it always tops you off. The proc from Performance Shifter can go in Stamina where it will function all the time instead of just when you hit Stygian Circle.

One of the reasons my Warshade avoids changing forms is that I hate restarting all my toggles. I dropped Quasar from my build for the same reason. Unchain Essence is more difficult to use but it can be used frequently enough to be part of your regular attack routine and it doesn't crash all your toggles.

I think this slotting for Dark Extraction will cost you far more influence than it's worth. All your pets really need to be happy and productive is accuracy, damage and recharge. Being able to generate replacements rapidly is much more useful than the protective aura IOs.

I don't like Dark Detonation, mainly due to knockback. I rely on Inky Aspect and Orbiting Death to disable and eat away my hapless victims, and I don't want them scattered all over the countryside shooting at me from long range. I prefer to keep them grouped up until I hit them with Unchain Essence... which does cause knockback but leaves a lot fewer survivors. Keeping your foes in a group also makes your pets' cone attacks useful.

I use Gravitic Emanation and Inky Aspect (both 5-slotted with Stupefy (no knockback)) for crowd control as needed, and Gravity Well (Crushing Impact) as a melee attack. I like to crush a minion in a single attack and then use it for Unchain Essence. The higher accuracy and damage of Crushing Impact is worth more to me than the extra 2.5% recharge bonus from Basilisk's gaze (since Crushing Impact has a 5% bonus), though your mileage my vary.

Ok, made some changes to the build based on Two_Dollar_Bill's advice, and here it is! Please, continue to critique, I need all the help I can get.

I would say you should build it and try it out. I got away with having fewer slots in many of these powers, but you have a lot more slots to play with in Human form than I do, so you don't have to be as frugal.
One thing you might consider is... how much do you plan to exemplar? If you exemplar down to 40-45 you will lose all your set bonuses for accuracy and Eclipse will miss a lot (since it's not slotted for any accuracy). If you exemplar below 38 you will lose Eclipse altogether. Instead of having a 1-slotted Shadow Bolt that you never use, you might consider getting a 1-slotted Gravity Shield for times when Eclipse is not available.

I think you would be just as well off frankenslotting Stygian Circle with end mod/ recharge and heal/recharge and using fewer slots, so you can six slot Dark Extraction. For DE I went with 4 Expedient Reinforcements and 2 Soul bound Alliance, using the A/D/R and the proc, nothing like having several pets out and that proc going off. The price for those are reasonable. Same with Essence Drain, think about frankenslotting or even 3 from a set.

A few things of note:

6-slotting Eclipse like that it probably a bit of a waste - the End reductions aren't really doing anything at all because the base cost is so low and you're wasting a lot of the RES on ED.

Stygian Circle's heal is 80% base so even one heal IO will put you over 100% (mob typed permitting); EndMod is a better choice as that only has a 20% base.

Your perma-eclipse/perma-hasten is dependent on the Force Feedbacks which are in clickies with slowish recharges and only have a 10% chance for +Recharge which I suspect will mean that in practice you're not perma either all the time (which means, inevitably, when it really matters )

Essence Drain is pretty terrible (both damage and heal-wise) until (if) it gets buffed in line with Siphon Life so it's probably not worth it unless you're stuck for powers to take.

Quasar is a bit pointless if you're not going to slot it, but I presume that's a "Need to pick *something* choice" rather than something you're intending to use as part of your attack chain. You might want to consider SJ/Acro in place to give you better KB and hold protection, though you might be OK KB-wise with the mag 8 you've got.

I noticed the issues I had with recharge and the force feedbacks...note to self: make sure your not basing your uber-leet build off of procs. Went ahead and remade it some, but I'm still tweaking it. Should be done by the time I hit 50 on this fella, but it's gonna be quite a bit more explensive then I had hoped. O well, that's how it goes.
