Right click and "remove from tray", I think.

Macros, the icons that are in your power tray, you right click and delete.
Binds, the commands you link to keyboard (eg pressing shift+N for ninjarun) can be replaced by a new bind, restored to default by /unbind key or use /bind key "nop" to set to doing nothing.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.
