Warnings not displaying in Trials?

I've seen several occasions where some of the warnings on BAF/Lambda wouldn't trigger causing me to get my butt kicked. For example, I've had my toons sequestered many times "only" after the first warning without the second warning ever showing up. And I've also had multiple occasions where Maruader would use Nova fist to my face with no warning as well.

My faceplanting to Nova Fist isn't SO bad I suppose, but getting sequestered doesn't only affect me, but anyone in my immediate area as well. Making it frustrating to all of us, and my getting blammed for getting them sequestered/killed and not heeding the warnings even though it's in reality the game's fault for not displaying the second warning. I know at least one friend who has the same issue.

Anyone else has this problem or know what's causing it? Something in my cofigurations? Is there a way to fix it? Is it a bug?

I've never missed warning of Marauder's attack, but I HAVE had occasions where I got no Sequester warning. The only time I saw this happen was when my character had his back against a wall. Having your back to a wall may do something related to the camera position and cause the warning to not display. I have never fought Marauder up against a wall so I can't say if the same situation would apply. Did you recall if you had a wall or other obstacle close behind you?

Marauder's Nova Fist message seems to have a range limit.

If he has recently jumped to a new location, and I arrive soon after he lands but not immediately, then I can be out of range of the warning at the time it is given, but in range by the time he uses Nova Fist.

Another possibility is packet loss...the /netgraph command can reveal whether this is happening. In order for your game client to display the red warning text, it must have received a message from the server telling it to do so. While lost packets of game info might ordinarily make it appear that enemies or friends are "rubberbanding" around, or that several enemy powers stack (hitting you all once), in this case it may lose an important warning.

I've also occasionally gone from having 1 seq warning to 3 (sequestered) despite only having aggro from 1 AV and seeing no second warning or ring. As of yet I am unsure of the reason or the circumstances that lead to this.
