Elec/Elec/Elec Build
Can't open it in mids due to lack of datachunk and the site is blocked from work but here's what I'm thinking after looking without Mids.
- I would not slot Combat Jumping like that. The defense benefit is negligible. Throw the uniques like the +6 acc in it. Though, those uniques won't work unless the power is active.
- Not sure what you're working toward. If you are going for recharge, I'd put Manticore into your snipe.
- Basilisk has good bonuses. Four'll get you 7.5% on your global recharge.
- Acrobatics is more for melee people. If you want knockback protection, put a unique in CJ.
- Slot your swift/hurdle/health, and put the Perfomance Shifter proc in Stamina. If you're buying oblits, you can afford that 10x over. And since the stats are the same, you can pick it up at any level and it'll be good to 50.
- EMP is beautiful. Make sure to slot it.
- Also, if you're going for recharge, you may want to pick up some defense mules like the stealth set and put LotG 7.5% global recharge in them. Though make the enhancements lower level as if you're, I think 3 levels below, the enhancement level you don't get the bonus. Going from 37% rech bonus to 0% makes you feel sluggish.
- Throw a third rech in Hasten. Yes, it puts you way over the ED, but hasten is your big friend.
I go for recharge and I team as my form of damage mitigation.
Try a search for "havoc lightning" and you'll probably get some good threads. But think about what you want and make the bonuses go with that.
Edit: To me, even before incarnate stuff, Ragnarok is so not worth it. Purples are only good for uniques and procs imo. [unless it's a red-headed stepchild like confusion or something similar]
Yeah he's definitely a blapper. Has been for the years I've had him at 50 lol.
I've recently bene trying to hold him back to a more ranged role, but I just can't help myself.
Thank you for the advice: Right now, i've been looking at a recharge build with enough accuracy to keep my endurance up no matter what. It's been working pretty well in the random teams i have been going with, but I still feel myself wanting to just rush in close.
I have some more respecs stockpiled (haven't touched the veteran ones yet) so I'll tool around with it too.

I tossed this build together a while back for a project that has sorta stalled- so i can't really say how this plays. i tried to get as much s/l/en def as i could (s/l especially) as i spend quite a bit of time in melee. managed 32.5%, a small purple from softcap. hasten is underslotted, and i skipped the nuke -might have to go back and see about that. anyway, might give you some food for thought.
another option is to use the mace pool for scorpion armor and cap s/l, but then it wouldn't be an E3.
