You could make a fourth by just using an unmodified lbutton. But that would probably be far more inconvenient than it would be worth.

There is a 4th one for lbutton...
Mousechord (both mouse buttons at once)
But I admit.. it may not react as desired for the specific use the OP wants.
Is it possible to have more than 3 lbutton binds, for drop powers, TP, etc? I know of ctrl+lbutton, alt+, and shift+. Am I missing any? Thanks!
