Killer Lag makes some toons unplayable

Ever since the last patch the lag has almost tripled in everything. Not just the trials. It's so bad that my zoning times are taking over a minute. Activating AoE powers takes like 10 seconds to register. And if I dare hit my judgement power it takes about 20 to 25 seconds for it to go off. Meanwhile I'm just sitting there can't do nothing at all with my toon while I'm getting my *** kicked. Please do something about it. This is making some of my toons totally unplayable. It's beyond ridiculous.
