It is not difficult. On Mid's, go to Export Short Form. (I prefer the Fruit Salad color option.) When the three check boxes pop up, click the bottom one that includes the Data Chunk with your build. Then Export -- that will copy the code to your clipboard. Then come to the forum, set up your post, and paste it on the post with a Ctrl-V.
Some of us look at the forums during breaks at work, so we don't have access to Mids all the time.

Global recharge is 178.3% I think...Ranged def is 29%...I'm trying to squeeze in more recharge (not sure the number for perma PA). Any help is appreciated.
