Elec/Nin on a Budget

I adapted this build from another posted on the forums, and attempted to bring down the cost while also subbing in the Travel Power I wanted... and the Patron that I was used to on the character as he exists today. He is not yet 50 (almost: he's 47), but will probably be the villain on which I focus the majority of my Incarnate time. My Dark/SR Stalker, while nice, feels somewhat mediocre on teams... since most of his damage is single-target. Oh, and I will be going with Spiritual Alpha to help make up for the lack of Hasten (I don't like to have two powers that should be on auto-fire... dang Mez Protect) or a ton of LotGs.

Any obvious issues, or additional places I can save cash while staying as close to positionally soft-capped as possible?

Heres a build i just created
-adds 102% more recharge then your build
-took away kuji in retsu becasue its usless on a softcapped toon. You can also get barrier as your destiny route and get similar effects only without the endurance crash

Well.... MOSTLY budget. I got one once before for a lowball bid that sat for a good while... I figure I can prolly do it again.
