Is there anything wrong with this build? its capped to Ranged/Aoe with the idea of using Hurricane against mobs i may need to venture near for melee (AVs etc)

Running storm with only 2.33 endurance a second gain?
Unless all your Storm powers are mule sets your going to eat blues like candy even with an Alpha Cardiac.

Lmao forgot to slot up Stamina, will rework build. Thanks for pointing that out!

So after some tweaking (slotting stam) how about this? Id also be picking up Ageless for the +end and extra rech
