MY Willpower//Stone tank Feed back please
Read about Enhancement Diversification. Basically, putting more than 3 generic IOs of the same type in a power is a waste of slots. If Mids' shows you red values when you mouse over the power, you have enhanced that power to the point where more enhancing is wasting slots.
Your endurance use is very high. You should have more endurance reduction in your toggles.
You shouldn't need Physical Perfection. I'm not saying its bad to take it, but there are other good pool powers for people who don't need the endurance recovery. Consider Soul Mastery from villain side. Gloom is one of the best DPS attacks available to Tankers. Other considerations might be for theme purposes or adding crowd control to your Tanker.
Basically, this build is barely better than someone using single-origin enhancements. It doesn't add much defense or recharge. Consider a common build goal, such as reaching 32.5% S/L and E/N defense, or even 45% defense to both. Alternatively, aiming to reach perma-Hasten is for those who try to make their Tankers into DPS characters. Search for other Willpower builds (it doesn't have to be War Mace) and read those threads to get some build ideas. Use someone else's build as a starting point.
Please use short forum export with the data chunk. The long export adds a lot of text that nobody reads but is annoying to scroll past.
Here, this is an old version of what I'm using now. I Main difference is I move some slots and use some procs now for more ST damage. It's not that much more damage though.
So this is a good place to start from. Or shamelessly steal it, whatever floats your boat. I use KM, but you can shift it around to be stone pretty easily I think.

Ok so ii updated my build I think ii still have a few things to change but would like some feed bad if anyone doesn't mind please and thanks
The changes I'd make.
1. Get Fault! Not only is it a great /SM power, your WP/ regen will love its mitigation.
2. Don't shirk Taunt. RttC's Taunt aura is weak, but if you tale Taunt and Fault, you'll be better able to keep your teammates covered, and Taunt's -Range will help keep most mobs better clumped to your RttC regen aura, even when their drunk from Fault.
3. Skip Hurl Boulder - use temporary ranged powers instead. Since Fault has a bit of range, it can cover some for that as well.
4. Go for S/L/E/N Def softcap - your WP regen will take good advantage of that.
5. Go for Spiritaul Core Paragon rather than Cardiac Core Paragon. It looks like you'd make better use of the +HP/+regen/+rech than the EndRedx/+ResDam.
6. Get the +HP/+End Accolades.
My take on a WP/SM build is below. I have both a SS/WP Brute and an Elec/SM Tanker at 50 - I know that SM slotting given here works, and the WP slotting should as well. Since you have a Purple set in your build, I figured having the +3 Def PvP IO and two Purple sets would be within your eventual means. Until you get all the Purples, I'd use Obliteration in Tremor and Stupefy in Fault. Until you get the +3 Def Pvp IO, you could take the last slot from Fast Healing, Indomitable Will and High Pain Tolerance and put them in Maneuvers with more LotG, using the Steadfast Protection +3 Def in Strength of Will.
