O-Portal Fails Inside Base

I've seen it fail on 2 different characters and work on a third. The failures happened in a villain base, the success was in a hero base. Going to log in another villain and try again to see if that is where the problem is.
A while back (i19), in a Villain base, I had it fail also. Only time I remember trying.

I just tried with another villain on Virtue, and it failed again (did a follow up bug report in game with this additional info). Now going to try one of my villains on Liberty and see if it is just the one server or all villain bases.
As suspected, that one failed too. So definitely a bug with villain bases.
Remember Devs don't like Villains

My first attempt above was on a hero, on Champion. No problem.
Today, I tried a rogue corruptor in a VG on Freedom. No problem.
I just tried on a villain in a VG on Virtue. The animation played, a charge was used, no portal appeared.
It would seem it's a problem with villains, and not VGs. Clearly, the devs do hate villains, since they see my rogue as reforming herself.

It seems the O-Portal power does not work from inside a SG base anymore. When activated, there is no portal, yet the power then becomes unavailable just like it has been used.
It works from inside a mission though, so it must be base specific instead of simply not working inside any instances period.
