Help me understand the Interface slot procs

I'm quite interested in when it says "most attacks" what does that mean exactly? What kind of attacks are included or excluded from the proc?

From what I've read, it applies to any attack which can take damage enhancements.

Hmm...any idea what channel shows it going off?

I don't think any channel does, except for the damage portion of reactive interface.

There is an obnoxious glow to show that it's working, though. For reactive, anyway.
