Here is my build, I know this isn't for the majority out there as I use PvP IOs in my build for KB Protection as well as obtaining more HP. I however did't go with softcapped defense, I went resist. The reason being, with capped resist, it lessons the incoming damage twice, once from my natural resist, and then bodyguard.
I plan on going with the following Incarnate Powers that will cover small holes I have in the build plus stack with my already exsisting powers:

- Void Radial Final Judgement: -50% DMG for 30s, 32 targets (50ft radius)
- Reactive Radial Flawless Interface: 25% -RES, 75% moderate fire DoT

So I'm really trying to fine-tune Agrat Bat Mahlaht my Thugs/Dark MM. Rather then ask for a build I thought I'd make a go at it and just see what can be changed around to be better. I team more then I solo and pet survivability is always a plus. Normally I don't go for defense builds on my MM's but I thought i'd try it out this time. I don't like to sacrifice too much of a good powers utility for set bonuses either.
So far the main critique I have with this build is heavy end usage and not that much recharge. I plan on going Musculature Alpha.
