I´m on same situation, I´ve trying to log since 1 month (more/less) and I read this:
***** is not allowed on this server. reason: Public access to this server has been disabled.
Since two months???????,and Test Server updates downloads frecuently
Please, open access to test server.
It's possible that the Euro Test server is goign to be used for a dry run for the merged server list - if that's scheduled for the end of summer, it might be going to happen at the same time as I21 goes live, so the test period for I21 might also use a merged test list, so it'd need to be prepared in advance.

I'm not sure why you're having such trouble accessing the EU Test Server, as I've logged in every now and then since Issue #20 went live to tinker with the various Incarnate powers. 
Until today that is ...
Now I can't get past the character select menu as the DB Server isn't responding when attempting to log in with any of my characters.

US Beta Server is also unavailable even to folks who... how shall I say... often are given such privileges.
So, if EU Test Server mirrors the US Beta Server, as it had, then it stands to reason that it is inaccessible.
That being said, you'll have to petition them to make it back to a regular Test Server... unless there are plans afoot to go back into a new Closed Beta soon. Then you have to decide: Do you want access to Closed Beta or to a Test Server?

Ok so Issue 20 has gone live so why can I not get onto the test server ,wanted to try out some different builds,but have no wish to do it on my game server,anyone have any ideas or is it Cole getting his own back on me for giving his thugs a good hiding in Pretoria
