Purpled Warshade.
With 190% recharge, both mires aren't damage buffs, they are attacks.
Also Eclipse is INSANE!!!! 
And she is +1 Alpha'd with recharge so she can have 3-4 pets out most of the time.
Once she gets the OTHER new Incarnate abilities I'm scared what she will be like.
Blazara Aura LVL 50 Fire/Psi Dom (with 125% recharge)
Flameboxer Aura LVL 50 SS/Fire Brute
Ice 'Em Aura LVL 50 Ice Tank
Darq Widow Fortune LVL 50 Fortunata (200% rech/Night Widow 192.5% rech)--thanks issue 19!
My Kat/Regen and my Mind/Fire Dom come to mind.
Kat/Regen Scrapper has an ungodly amount of recharge and purples besides, run my tips at +1/x4 without much difficulty, just laugh at Knives of Artemis tips (just /em dance on caltrops). Reconstruction is up every 15 seconds to 20 seconds, Dull Pain is perma (can re-click before the +HP bonus dissipates) and smashes stuff exceedingly well.
Mind/Fire Dom is double perma. If it's not confused it's either a statue or dead.
