You have to craft them using the Basic Force. However they then go into your persoanl base itme inventory. To access this go to the entrance room of your base and click on "place personal item" (or something like that). This brings up the personal item inventory screen which you can use to place the teleporters. You can then go to the TP room and place the teleporter from your inventory.

Great! Thanks a lot guys! I didn't think about that. A classic "Oh yea..." on my part. I thought that option was just for veteran awarded stuff. Again, thanks 
Like it says, How? I crafted them through the Basic Forge. When I made a TP room, all I saw to put in the space were beacons and raid tp pads. Am I missing a base component or badge?
