So i've been working on this build for a while now, and I really like the outcome. I basically tried to stuff in as much recharge as possible while getting ranged defense near the softcap. Anyways heres the build, let me know if theres anything I could improve on, im always open to suggestions.

I don't have much experience with Plant/ but I think Creepers are underslotted. For /Psi, swap slotting of psi scream with rain of fire (the extra rech will help rain more). and use armageddons in PSW instead of the stun set. Drain Psyche's slotting could be better. I know you were going for the ranged def bonus of numina but you might find your self having accuracy issues in higher level content.

Alternatively, you could try for S/L softcap. It is considerably easier to hit thanks to certain epic shields from ice and mace.

Okay, thanks for the feedback, I could have sworn I already had an Armageddon Set slotted somewhere in there, which I why I put Absolute Amazement in PSW. As far as underslotting Carrion Creepers goes, I would like to slot it a little better, but I just can't find any slots that I could get rid of for it, and one more question, im a complete /Psi newbie, should I slot Drain Psyche with an accurate healing set instead? I figured i'd have enough accuracy with all the purple sets and positron's blast sets.

you could frankenslot it with 5 slots using the acc/rech IOs from 2 of the endmod sets and then heal/rech, heal/end/rech, and heal IOs from numina. this would give you an extra slot for creepers, at least.

Personally i have mine 6slotted with 5 doctored wounds and 1 acc IO.

Heres the updated build

I took your advice and frankenslotted drain psyche, and I put a dmg IO on the creepers, but decided to keep the explosive strike set, along with a damage IO, because without frankenslotting it, there isnt much else I could do with 4 slots, though I may change this.

Anyways thanks for the replies, I appreciate the help.

Here is my build to give you some other thoughts. It has about 36%+ ranged def after subtracting some of Stealth, but if I could add the 3% Gladiator you have, it would bring it to 39%+, about five percent more than yours.

It does not quite have perma Hasten but I only have the confuse purple set, so with your other purple sets in it, it probably would be perma.

You could probably get two additional slots if you desperately needed them from Stamina, as with the Drain Psyche power slotted plus perma Dom, Endurance shouldn't really be an issue.

The three procs in Creepers are the three best damaging ones, though one of them is fairly expensive. Guessing that's not an issue with you having the Gladiator 3%.

Take care,
Rich

Ok, last time I post in this thread, I promise =)

Just wanted to give everyone (who cares) my finalized version of the build, though of course theres always room for improvement.

http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/downl...C9F90F4645D742

What this build has:

- 187.5% Global Recharge with Hasten
- Perma Ha-...Perma everything
- About 35% Ranged Defense
- 5 Purple Sets and 4 HamiOs
- No end. problems whatsoever (thanks to perma drain psyche)
- Super Speed with stealth for TFs
And a bunch of other stuff I don't really want to take the time and list.

Thanks again to those who helped me finalize this build, if all goes well it will be the first toon that i've officially completely IOd out.

Ciao~

EDIT: I changed the damage IO in creepers to an Impeded Swiftness Chance for Smashing dmg Proc.
