Extended maintenance

Hello all, we have brought all live servers for extended maintenance to investigate a potential issue that arose during this morning's maintenance. There is currently no ETR, but we will let you know as soon as more information is available. Thanks for your patience, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Update 11:00 AM PDT - We're still investigating the issue and do not have an ETR as of yet. We'll keep everyone posted.

We're currently working on bringing the servers back online ASAP, once they pass QA smoke testing. Freedom will be coming back online first (we wanted to check the largest number of character records that we could) with the EU servers to follow.

Update 2:00 PM PDT - We're currently looking at a 90 minute ETR for servers to start coming back online (approximately 3:30 PM PDT). Note, not all servers will come back online at once. Please be aware that this ETR is subject to change.

Union is now online, Defiant should be up shortly.

Zukunft and Vigilance are now online.

Freedom is now online, as are the various test servers.

Triumph and Infinity are now online.

Pinnacle, Liberty and Victory are now all online.

All remaining servers, Justice, Virtue, Guardian, Protector and Champion are now online.
