Nothing wrong with a VG. But the new way is to just jump on one or more global channels.

The first two tend to be full. The third I don't know about but was recommended here recently. The last is for villains. It tends to be low population but there's over lap with the other channels that will help get teams.

Just to make a correction, the "Villain" global channel is "Champion Redside" and tends to be a good place for finding people for Strike Forces.
