Graniteless Stone/Dark Concept

Never built a Stone tank before but I've always liked the idea of running one sans-Granite as a sort of "Ice Tank with more regen, no psi-hole and a ****** travel power".
The below build gives me softcapped S/L/E/N/P with ~40% S/L/F/C RES, 480% Regen & 3368HP with Earth's Embrace. The only real sacrifice I'm making is a lack of recharge bonuses, but without Granite it's hopefully not such a big problem. Suggestions/Criticism/Abuse is welcome. <build snipped> Thanks. |
Also, why completely ignore Granite? My Stone/Fire scranker is soft capped S/L/E/N/Psi with 39.6%S/L res and 49.3% F/C Res, but I've still got Granite as a panic button. Not at least Having Granite as an option is like not taking Hibernate on an Ice tanker. Now Granite's not going to save you when there's Psi damage in the mix, but it's damn useful when you need it in pretty much all other situations.
Also, looking at your build, you're probably going to be hurting for endurance. Get some +recovery in there, even with Dark Consumption; running all your armours and Mudpots is expensive. Another two slots in Stamina, with 4 parts of Performance Shifter including the +end proc, drop the Numina and Miracle uniques into Health and strip Physical Perfection down to just a +end proc (move the other slot to Stamina along with one of Health's, unless you want to drop a Regen Tissue +regen Unique into Health too). Since you're already going to be paying through the nose for Obliteration, Eradication and Reactive Armours, you may as well go the whole hog :P
Your mileage of course, may vary. Feel free to ignore my witterings and build it your own way <grin>.
