Some people do, so it's very likely that the no FX option won't happen without all the power pools getting customization.

Last I heard power customisation for pool powers was still planned at some point, but no idea when. Given how often it's suggested (Seriously, use the search button!) I'd imagine no FX on hasten will be part of that whenever they get around to it.

We need this option as QoL improvement, like NAO.

Power customization never was finished. It was supposed to be extended to powerpools, patrons/ancil and khelds at some point. And now folks are always wanting it for masterminds to color the pets and weapon attacks and for things like assault rifle, and VEATS.
The only excuse thats been given so far is UI is needed. And a different type of UI would be needed for khelds and veats.
Friends don't let friends buy an ncsoft controlled project.
Would love for a No FX option. Would also love a No fx(sorta) for superspeed. Hopefully in the future.

My point is this has been suggested for many, many years already.
If you're holding your breath for this to be changed "like NAO" you're going to be turning all shades of blue and purple soon enough. *shrugs*

Gotta admit I dont hold my breath for any suggestion to be made in the game at his point... This threads, same as the art, weapons, costume bug fix and costume suggestions are ignored by devs. I found them not worthy anymore.
Still, gotta support anything Id like to see anyways.
I'm sure someone already suggested this, I'm just saying it again. Over the time I've been playing CoH I have grown to hate Hasten's animation. Most of my toons have it and when I use it I feel like I should be screaming "Fire Fists! Raaaargh!" And surprisingly fiery hands don't really fit with my toons concepts. It's really gotten to the point where I would be happy as pie if I21 would have one update, hasten with no fx, the issue should be named I21 : Downfall of Hasten.
Anyone agree? Does anyone actually like the fx?
