MA/Dark - So I made it to 50, and....
Long forum export takes up a lot of unnecessary space that is annoying to scroll past. Most people use Mids' to look at the builds anyways. The link and data chunk are the only important parts of the export. I could be wrong and there could be people trying to look at the wordy builds and add set bonuses and invention enhancement values manually.
Ranged damage and non-S/L attacks are probably what is killing you. You should try to even your defenses out. I suggest going for 32.5% (instead of 45%) so you can use a small inspiration to soft cap while still being able to fit recharge bonuses in the build. You can go for S/L and E/N or melee+ranged+AoE. The first will likely cost you fewer slots, but not cover the rarer damage types.
Your toggles are underslotted for endurance reduction. The Cardiac Alpha should help you a lot if you don't want to change the slotting.
You might try putting some end reduction into Death Shroud and Dragon's Tail. I'd also add some slots to Tough/Weave, both to increase the Res/Def and to add more end red.

As mentioned, it's better to softcap S/L rather than Melee. Most everything thrown against you has one of those components in the attack. Also you are way overslotted for Knockback Protection, one will do the job against 95% of what you'll fight. Some of your toggles were underslotted. Also Eradication isn't a great choice for Death Shroud, not enough end red for something that draining.
Soul Transfer should be usable with one slot. Shuffled a few other things about. In the end the Endurance Recovery is a bit less, but Endurance usage is much, MUCH less. A Cardiac Core Paragon should take out any remaining Endurance issues and buff up your Resistance too. Have a look at it. Took about ten minutes to swap things about.

Gonna recommend you focus on S/L defense vs Melee. Stacking up ~30% Energy defense is fairly easy. Soft capping really isn't necessary for Dark Armor. Anything over 30% S/L is fairly impressive. I like hit 40% S/L and use the occasional luck as needed. Since Dark Armor gets no DDR, the effort for the xtra 5% defense is questionable.
I like mag 12 knockback protection if I can get it. I settled for less on my current build, and very rarely get knocked back. With Hover, I'm happy with the trade offs I made, but I still hate those very rare occasions when I see myself do an air flip, since I know I could have prevented it.

I agree with others on focusing on smashing/lethal defense instead of positional. It should be easier to cover more incoming attacks that way.

Since I prefer typed defense for Dark Armor, I like to mix 3 Eradications with 3 Cleaving Blows for 36% endurance reduction (using level 30s) and 4.375 E/Ne defense.
Hmmm, maybe you're right then. I figured I was doing something weird, but maybe not so much.

I'm still not impressed. What am I doing wrong? Damage seems sub-par at best, survivability is... Not there. Endurance consumption is out the window, flying down the street at 90 mph (alright, slight exaggeration, it's gotten much better with the IO's). To be fair, it's probably the most fun I've ever had rolling all the way to 50, and it's still fun to play, but... The performance just doesn't match the entertainment level. The only explanation I can come up with is I'm comparing it to my Blaster (Rad/Fire/Fire) and Tank (Shield/Dark/Fire) in terms of both damage and survivability... Which it really can't even begin to compare to. I feel like the Tank still does more damage, though that might just be due to how many AoE's the Tank has.
