Grandville is empty a lot, but the good news is you can take your MM rogue and visit Paragon and get teams there as well.
The new thing to do is Incarnate system and strike/task force of the week.
Heroes : Angrem (50 Stone tank), Exo Inferis (50 Fire blaster), Exo Proteus (50 ill/emp), IceVengance (50 cold defender)
Villains : AtomBomb (50 Rad/Kin corruptor), Aleks (50 SS/Inv brute), StoneLethal (50 EM/Stone brute), Davroz (50 Bots/Dark mastermind)
Being that you can complete tips in nearly any zone, I never show up in Grandville unless I'm doing a Barracuda, LRSF, or a Patron arc.
Sharkhead is "where it's at" now.

After about a year away, I'm back in Virtue. Quite a bit has changed with that expansion, wow. I'm getting back into it slowly, but most of it I'm getting.
What's the big thing to do now? I've got a Mastermind I'm fond of that needs updating.
Speaking of, has redside population decreased since the expansion? I've never seen Grandville so empty.
