Game is great, if a bit easier than it used to be. Server is quite active, RP is middling active but feels like less than it used to be.
AE farming is mostly over. While still possible, it's more a question of using powerful characters to kill lots of tough enemies reasonably quickly than the old creating easy combinations of enemies that generated massive rewards. You can find the occasional AE farm, but they are more about the convenience of the AE to provide immediate missions with lots of enemies rather than especially good risk/reward ratios.

AE farming is still there but with a twist.
You can still go from 1-50 in a day if you like.
The current way is tailored enemies. You take a attack set that your character most resists and build enemies that cater to it.
It isn't any different from the old Drek or Wolves Farms.
The server is active but you need to be more active than just leaving your LFT button on, most days. Personally I run 2 things nearly daily - I do my 5 Hero tips and then I run an Ouro Positron it's worth 40 merits and you can solo it in about 60-90 minutes.
Since you now have 3 builds one of my builds is a Positron build, kitted out with defense and attacks that specifically help me with that TF.
At that point I run a TF or get some missions rolling.
So ive been playing city on and off for the past 6 years, after one of my new haitus i decided to give the game a whirl again, nobody will know me since i keept a mostly low profile all these years, so again after one of my month long haitus im back again to the first MMO i ever subscribed too (September 8 2004 heh.)
So i just wanted to take the pulse of the community, how's the game now? Is the AE farming ever so prevalent or they fixed it? Also are people active on the server in general? Not just RP wise but gameplay wise.
