WTH was i thinking!!! sm/wp

i havent played this char much since ive made my ss/sd brute and my dm/sd scrapper, but i look at his setup up and think to myself WTH was i thinking!(i do know part of it was when i built/used this toon i didnt have hardly any inf)
anyway, my searchfu is weak, yes i did try but to no avail, i was not able to find anything about sm/wp

id like to fix this guy up right to smash and steamroll stuff. how ever, i cannot afford purples/pvp io's as of yet(working on it tho).

i just ran him thru the alpha slot arc with this posted build and i know for sure i need lots of recharge(sucked waiting around for stuff to recharge)

and just wondering is it possible to soft cap positionals on wp without gimping him or no.

here is my mess of a char(dont laugh too much and i am not responsible if your taking a drink and spew all over your monitor and desk)

Yes, but it can get expensive. However, it's not too difficult to get your S/L to the Softcap, and let Heightened Senses provide most of your defense to the other types. I'm opening up your build now, I'll post back later if I can come up with something that might help you.
