Any suggestions for making my speedster even faster?
You could lose the celerity stealth for another run IO. You could 5 slot kinetic combat instead of crushing impacts, although it would be hella expensive, you don't need the bonuses really. This could open up slotting a bit elsewhere tho, but you'd lose the 5% recharge.
Really impressive speed for not even hving SS.
This isn't a KM/SR but a claws/SR ... but thought it might give you some ideas though overall they are very similar in speed.
Edit: Bah forgot to toggle things on and off .. sprints off (which is full time) and Elude is on (which is part time) so be sure to toggle on and off as appropriate.

Regenerative Tissue gives 4% run speed. You could use that instead of Miracle in Health. A Gaussian's set in Power Siphon would give you 5% and get you almost to the soft cap, but you would have to sacrifice the procs in your attacks. With those changes and Ninja Run on, you would be at 84.3 mph. Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks like your recovery is high enough to handle Ninja Run while fighting.
Edit: Also, a Musculature Radial Paragon would boost that to 88.8 mph, which is just fast enough for time travel! Also, I forgot that Ninja Run is suppressed in combat.
very impressive. my stone tanker has 78mph with sprint and ninja run, and of course, is a necessity of the damned granite. you got that and more just for fun.

I Think that slotting Kinetic Melees on a /SR toon would sacrifice a bit too much functionality in other respects. I have been toying with the idea, though.
But a couple of the suggestions seems quite doable. By shifting the Winter's Gift set into Elude (like Doomguide's slotting), I open up another slot for health (+4% runspeed as well as more regen!), and if I decide to use Tough as nothing more than a set mule, I can drop the HO and stick another slot into power siphon for some more speed (+5% runspeed!). That leaves me with a speed of 69,4 mph without Ninja run, and 89,5 with it if/when I finish the Alpha slot.
...and as permanently detoggling Tough would lessen the endurance drain, it might let me juggle in another bonus somewhere. Thanks for the ideas guys and/or gals, they helped a lot!
Edit: Ah, as well as putting in a third Run IO in sprint instead of the stealth proc. Not sure if I like that part: something moving as fast as Muscle Memory should look a bit immaterial to the unsuspecting fellow player/random mob.
Edit 2: Then again: If I _do_ slot Kinetic Melee and sacrifice some recovery, regen, recharge and HP I could get to the runspeed cap w/ ninja run as well as actually slotting Burst:

Yeah the thought of slotting kinetic combats on a sr make my wallet hurt, but an option i guess. The stealth makes sense too tho.
My main is ma/sr, and has flight. Through no real intention, just what was givin by chance bonuses, his sprint/ninja run is a lot faster than flight, which kinda pisses me off really. But flight still there for theme, mobility, and hami i guess. Can we get an increase to flight? All these incarnate abilities and we still can only fly as fast as I drive on the highway behind a cop?

Flight is the only travel power that will let you go anywhere, won't drain your end bar, and doesn't leave you susceptible to attack from enemies. If it were also as fast as other options, it would clearly be the best choice by a wide margin.
It's set up so the travel powers all have advantages and disadvantages to using them, with no one power being clearly superior to the others. I think flight speed is probably about as fast right now as it's ever likely to get.

Heyhey!
With the addition of Kinetic Melee I decided to build myself a KM/SR speedster, Muscle Memory. I wanted a toon that felt really fast, both when it came to "looks" and unsurpressed movement speed.
My current build retains soft cap down to lvl 30, and I have tried to cram in as many +runspeed bonuses as possible while still maintaining a functional attack chain that seldom runs out of endurance. I like the result, but thought that someone on the forums might have ideas about how to:
- fit in even more running speed
- optimize the attack chain (at the moment i run QS-BB-QS-SB-QS-CS w/ hasten up, mostly because I don't want her to stop moving even momentarily).
and, possibly:
- give the toon more AOE capability (as you can see, burst is there merely for the visual effect at the moment)
without losing the ability to exemp down.
Things I could just as easily live without are Grant invisibility, Elude (only keeping it for its +run) and the extra slots in tough.
Any ideas?
