Out of Praetoria. Now what?
Yes, you can do the Faultline arcs (well, only the two for levels 20-24, not the earlier two), just go to FL and talk to Jim Temblor (he won't show on your map or contact list, but he'll talk to you once you click on him) and he'll introduce you to Doc Delilah. Not only I like the story and the enemies in this arc, but it's a nice one to do to be "Entrusted with the Secret".
Likewise, you can get started on the Striga arcs if you like them (I haven't done them in a while with all the new stuff to do in this level range, but it's a good one for the Silver Bullet and Slayer badges that you'll need for the Atlas Medallion).
Other than that, you should also consider doing that first Midnighter Arc, if only to unlock access to Cimerora (then again, you have until level 35 to do that). Finishing that arc should also unlock access to Mercedes Sheldon's series of arcs. I personally like those, since they are harder than the usual ones (although since you just came from Praetoria, hard arcs should be nothing new). Then again, I really like the clone arcs (Keith's and Jeni's) too.
Barred all that, radios and a safeguard to get a regular contact is still an option. The problem with the new contacts, cool as their stories are, is that they don't like to sell insps (at least you can buy them in the hospital now) or buy your stuff, so having at least one regular contact is good.
Just for the sake of completeness, at level 20 you can also do Sister Psyche's TF and missions in Bloody Bay and Siren's...
Come level 25 things get better, you can get started on Roy's arc and, best of all (even if you don't like the story, it's good to get magic salvage), the Croatoa arcs, and you should have gotten more regular contacts by then, too.

Thanks for the info.
But this is weird. I click on Jim Temblor and he give me nothing. No contact referral. I tried Penelope Yin...same thing. Even tried Doc Delilah.
Maybe level 20 is too high to start the Delilah Arc? I know Vahzilok don't spawn past 19. So maybe I need to go straight to Agent G...
That's weird... Doc Delilah is a 20-24 contact and Vahz do spawn at the right level in her arc. http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Doc_Delilah
I can't open the game right now to check, so maybe I'm crazy here, but I was pretty sure I did her arc and Agent G's with a couple of my Praetorians a while back, by clicking on Temblor to introduce me to her... Thinking hard, I believe the one thing we are doing different is that I completed Keith's arc before doing anything else, as soon as I got to Talos. Maybe you need to do that one (sort of a "gain our trust, being from another universe" thing)? I never saw anyone mentioning you had to, though, so maybe my mind is playing some trick on me...

That does sound like a bug that he wont send you to Doc Delilah. I didn't have any trouble getting her as a contact a few weeks ago on my just out of Prea lvl22.

Its strange I know, but I've only recently pushed a few toons out of Praetoria.
I've been thinking about what to do with them now that they are in Paragon City.
For example, is it possible to take them through some of the Faultline content? I don't seem to be able to get any contacts going in Faultline. The contacts I start out with are Midnighters and Keith Nance. Neither of which I'm all that enthused about currently.
Maybe a Safeguard would give me more options...
