Severe Lag Issues

Hi. I'm having really bad lag spikes every minute or so in game. I updated my graphics card and restarted, but the problem persists. Please help

yeah it is >.< But this never was an issue before (or even while playing wow recently) I'll try doing a direct connect. Will let you know if it solves the issue.

update: it didn't work Still lag spiking.

Do you run Microsoft Security Essentials?

If so and the lag happens when you use a nice large AoE power, put the COX folder into the exclusions for MSE.
