Posted 03-09-2011 09:09 PM APPs are automatically unlocked for all toons at lvl 41, so when you lvl and choose an epic set, the mastery sets will always be listed
Posted 03-09-2011 11:56 PM Note that you can't have an APP and a PPP on the same build, so if you already have even one Patron Power, you have to respec out to pick APPs. @Roderick
