Graphics Problem (possibly nVidia related?)

On Monday, I was having freezing problems. The game would load up but I couldn't even get online without it freezing even though everything was perfectly fine the night before. I even went out and bought a new video card with no change. So far the only thing that has worked was to add in "-renderthread 0" to the startup options.

No I don't have the EVGA precision tool installed. However, doing "-renderthread 0" in the startup worked.
