OnBoard Graphics question...
Just about anything beats an integrated graphics solution.
And either case forget UM. Just forget about it. Go back to the haughty days of olde, like pre Issue 6 graphics.
At least the HD 4350 is designed with unified shaders. The 2100 is based on pre Dx10 GPU design, fixed number of pixel and vertex shaders (not many in either case).
Actually looking it up the HD 3450 and the HD 4350 have similar performance. Actually the HD 4350 has twice the number of SPs and texture units so it may even be faster.

Tempus unum hominem manet
So, a few weeks ago, my PC died on me, it was old, but ran CoH fairly well (except for invasions of any type, or large CC's)
It had a P4; 1 GB RAM; and a HD 3450 (AGP) graphics card...
Tomorrow, I'll grab a cheap replacement comp, until I can afford a better one
(withdrawal symptoms are terrible)
It comes with a AMD X2 215, 2 GB Ram but the graphics card is an on-board ATI 2100.
My question is this: If I turn UM to the lowest settings, will that card suffice, or should I spend an extra 45.00 for a HD 4350 (PCIe) ?
Thanks for any input,
TR
