In short, no. You can only bind one power execution to a command line.
The longer answer: There are some tricks that can allow us to run more than one power on a single keypress, but it's still very limited and can get very complicated to get running effectively and reliably.
A slight exception to this would be toggle powers. You can program a whole string of powexec_toggle_off commands in a single line and they will all turn off with a single keypress. A string of powexec_toggle_on commands can be used on a single bind as well, but you must press the bind multiple times for each one to turn on.

i looked over the list of binds given in another thread, but i didn't notice if it was possible to bind multiple buff powers to the same key... i am a thermal mm and i was hoping to bind thaw, fire shield and plasma shield to alt+ left mouse key (if possible). any help would be appreciated.
