Need help to find updated video driver

Okay you techno geeks out there I desperately need help! I am going to give you all as much information about my computer as I can to get the right video driver update! If it's possible that is.

I have an Acer Aspire 5810TZ-4274

I'm running this laptop on with Windows Vista Home Premium.

The processor is a Genuine Intel (R) CPU U2700 @ 1.30 GHz 1.30 GHz
Memory (RAM): 3.00 GB
System Type: 32-bit Operating System

I also used the Can You Run It? Program online and it gave me the following information:

There probably is no driver update available since performance graphics are not exactly what Intel does.
