EC increases the crit chance of your MA attacks only.
I dont know how it affects damage auras and such that might get a tic in before your next attack

Yes, although pve its best to use dragon's tail after EC if a lot around, or your next best attack from MA that is up depending on what your using in your chain.
After eagles claw you have a better chance to crit on the next attack.
1. Does this affect char's critical chance or only MA attacks?
2. Does this increase the critical chance of every Char damage tick or only the first?
3. Would the answers to 1 and 2 change in pvp zone at all?
Also, how much does the attack right after EC get for it's increased critical? And does this stack with the 5% (or 10% with storm)?
