Claws/SR build Critique
A solid build overall.
I see two major areas for improvement.
First I would look to increase Max Health (and with it passive regeneration).
Second increase your Accuracy vs +4's when Focused Accuracy is not actively toggled on. Alternatively and harder to do is increase recovery to be able to run FA 24-7. My own choice would be to eliminate the need for the FA buff and therefore be able to eliminate FA and free up the slots used there. Nerve I think is still your best choice for this reason. The defense boost eliminates the need for 6 slotted GSFC +def and helps with +accuracy which combined with Kismet +6% goes a long way towards hitting a level 54 reliably (such as found in Apex and Tin Mage, both of which are upcoming strike targets in the next few weeks) The drawback, of course, is running exemplar. But that is for another build to handle.
So here's what I might do to reach these goals with minimal other changes.

I followed some of your advice.
Mostly I switched out my Alpha for Nerve (being the one I already worked for, this is easy enough), dropped FA for CP, took out a slot from PB, and added two slots to Health, two to Physical perfection, one to FF, and one to Tough. End result looks like this. Not as much health as you were trying to add, I think, but I still think it'd work out okay.

Wow, I really like this second build. This is very close to what I already have (atleast in number of slots on powers, and power selection) Which left similar defense numbers. So if I slot nerve (working on alpha now) I can remove my pointless seeming defense buff IO sets almost entirely to focus on other things. That's really quite cool (my build was better before the zephyr nerf) Also, no need for focused accuracy to even be in the build anymore after that.
Now that I'm thinking on it too... what's musculature (which I would have gotten) really gonna do anyway? An extra 15-30 damage on each attack? Reasonably keeping all my double proccd attacks tends add more than that.
Thanks (though I know it's kind of dredgin it up) for this build. Maybe not optimal to some, but definitely is to me and my prochorse.

Yep lots of talk and interest in Musculature as well ... and I'm currently working my way towards having it as an option (though mostly by gobbling up shards and eyeballing what I will need without comitting to actual creation so if desired I can build any one of the boosts).
While running through my 50s, planning out their final, i19 compliant builds, it ended up being time to work on my scrapper, and as such, felt it useful to ask for advice.
What I was aiming for was simple. Survivability through the soft-cap plus Aid Self when needed, and decent-to-good damage output. My build hits the softcap for M/R/AoE, but I'm not sure how much I gutted my attacks to get there, hence why I'm asking.
Also, at this point, I'm not sure what Incarnate slot would be most useful. Right now, she has the uncommon Nerve for the defence boost (right now, she's not softcapped, and that gets her there) but once she reaches the softcap and switches to this build, Nerve's going to be redundant. Either Musculature or Cardiac will probably be her choice, but I don't know if she has the endurance recovery to offset a decent attack chain.
I took elude because I like having a "Oh ****" button, plus it takes the Winters Gift Slow resist proc, which, while not much, could help some.
