Praetorian moral choices in flashback?

Moral High Ground is for completing 5 moral choice missions. The badge progress mentions being able to get it via Flashback, but at this time, you cannot access any Praetorian content through the Flashback system.
Right now, the only way to get the badge is to do 5 moral choice missions in Praetoria before leaving and selecting a Hero or Villain alignment.

Ok, just what I thought. Thank you!
As a quick addition, the final mission to choose Hero or Villain also counts toward one choice (or it did a few months ago, I haven't seen that changed in any patch notes), so you only need to do 4 arcs, technically, before leaving.

No idea when that'll actually happen of course, just something to keep in mind.

Funny, I like doing arcs and on the one character I have taken fully though that content I only ever saw, well if the hero/villain counts then two choices. I kept looking for the chances to change sides. Just my luck I probably picked the only arcs that didnt give moral decisions.|

Is there a list of the story arcs and their questions yet?
There is a badge that says it will be awarded after completing the 5 Praetorian moral choices through flashback system.
How is that possible? Via Ouroboros? I was unable to find the contacts.
