I can't look at this on mids on my phone but at first glance you are way over slotting with the luck of the gamblers. Especially in comat jumping. Also I suggest stone over fire mastery.you can actually soft cap smashing lethal and you won't have to waste all those slots. I would 3 slot those lotg's.
I wasn't going to mention purples at first bc it didn't seem like you slotted any on purpose. But at a second glance I see you slotted ragnarok in fire ball. So you should slot grav anchor in fire cages, absolute amazement in flashfire, unbreakable constraint in char, armageddon in hot feet. Also you should drop consume for fire blast(or switch to stone, ragnarok in fissure and possibly hecatomb in seismic smash altho I slot it with kinetic combat. Then you could take stone shield and slot it with another lotg. And imo earths embrace is a better use of a power than rise of the phoenix. U know capped hp so u don't die in the first place). Take some of those wasted slots in combat jumping and your other defenses and turn them into 4 slotted kinetic combats in boxing and if u can brawl. Also you really don't need the fifth slots in both trasference and imps. I like to slot ference with 4 perf shifter for max acc and recharge. Also I would max 2 slot fulcrum shift with one rech and one acc. But I always one slot it w/ acc. U can easily double stack it without any rech enhancements once you get your global rech high enough. This post is getting long and on my phone hard to make sure it still makes sense so I will comment more later and will post my build when I am on my pc.
Oh yeah I can't believe I forgot to say this! Drop grant invis for manuevers and drop super jump and cj for tactics and venge. More defense, more tohit and a godmode power you will wish you had discovered earlier. Plus venge is the best one slot wonder for a lotg. Assuming you have ninja run or will be getting beast run, you can easily cap your run speed with siphon speed and one of those powers plus you get good vertical. You can go cardiac alpha to help with the higher end issues but u could also easily just turn off ninja run in battle and with siphon speed hardly need to turn it back on.
Edit: temp raptor packs and similar fly powers can be made extremely quick with siphon speed as well.
Why boxing and brawl ?
Because that is how you achieve smashing/lethal soft-cap. 4 slots is 3.75% sm/lethal times 2 and then add that with the shield in stone mastery. You will be killing battle maiden warriors with relative ease.
Can you post a sample of yours ? .. Because I can hit like 68% s/l defense without having to use slots in boxing or brawl
What is it that is giving you all that smashing lethal? Did you make the changes I suggested or are you still going off of your original build? And honestly that much Def on a controller is a little overkill since you do have other forms of mitigation and a heal, I can only assume you sacrificed a lot of recharge for that much defense. And yes I will gladly post my build around noon eastern today when I am home. It sounds to me like you must be using a lot of other defense bonuses but probably using more slots than u need.

How do you do those codes ? And your enhancements don't even tell me what invention it is .. such as if it's basilisks or unbreakable..
And I changed a few things .. I didn't actually have 68% .. that was because vengeance was selected and made it look even better haha .. I was actually at 40% .. So I changed a few things around added Purps because I want to actually pimp this toon out and came up with this ...

I don't have access to Mids at the moment, but I noticed a few things about that build . . . .
I'm not sure what your Global Accuracy is, but no Accuracy in Transference would worry me. I know you have several purple sets, but still, that power needs to hit. Same with Siphon Power and Fulcrum Shift. I suppose your Global Acc with Tactics may be high enough, but I don't feel comfortable relying on that alone.
In Fire Cages, why not replace the Immobilze with the Chance for Hold proc? That proc is wonderful in Fire Cages! (I have it on both my Fire/Rads, too.)
Combat Jumping: The single Gift of the Anchients Defense is providing no more benefit than a common Defense. Similarly, the single Miracle Heal in Health has no benefit over a generic Heal IO.
I'd be concerned that Hot Feet doesn't have enough EndRdx.
Flashfire: I believe that the proc in the Absolute Amazement set is bugged and does nothing whatsoever.
Cinders: Why not put the Unbreakable Chance for Damage here?
Tactics: I'm not sure the Chance for Build Up is worthwhile in Tactics. It has a low chance to go off (5%) every 10 seconds . . . at which time you probably will not be in combat. That's once every 200 seconds. More EndRdx even from the triple might provide more benefit.
On the other hand, the SoulBound Chance for Build Up in Fire Imps has a chance to hit with every attack by the Imps . . . and with three of them, the proc hits quite often.

Local man made some very valid points, if I actually did anything with my fire/kin besides farming my main acct I may actually rework my build with some of his ideas.
If i was to put an accuracy in transference or fulcrum shift .. I would have to take it from something else wouldn't I? or would FS be good with just 1 recharge and 1 acc ?
I did switch the firecages to what you said .. makes sense
Combat jumping .. i did notice that when i was going thru my build and immediately switched that to a normal io buff when i saw it
Hot feet .. I would have to figure something out to create a spot for it to put a end rdx .. not sure what yet .
Flashfire .. What exactly is bugged about it ?
Cinders .. I did notice the chance for smashing dmg and removed that once i saw it to get more of a benefit from it ..
Tactics .. makes sense when you explained it so i put the triple in it..
Can you explain the soulbound allegiance part exactly so i can understand this better ?
I played around with the slotting and a few powers based on some of the comments as well as a few other ideas I have seen in a few other posts. I have to run do some stuff so this is a very quick and dirty rehash of the build. I am sure others will need to take a look and see if I borked anything really bad.

It is pretty close to some of the things I was doing with my own build and the defense is slightly higher (although the +3 global defense aug is ungodly expensive the last time I looked .. going for around 2bil for one aug alone makes me pucker)

I finally got your build to open up in mids, and there are definitely changes that need to be made, I am making them now and will post it soon.

Edit NUMBER THREE!(because I've already littered this thread hard-core) I figured out that if I slotted the spiritual total core alpha(and eventually the very rare core spiritual) that i can move a lot of slots around and make my end usage better. Im sorry.. I think I had the wrong build up there. I did have a question though: Was this for a farmer character or for a group character? I can understand if its for grouping.
I made a build that ran around 40-41% on s/l defense but I focused a lot more on damage on things such as fire cages and hot feet due to it being a farmer mainly.
Mainly farming .. That's one reason why speed boost wasn't in the build i suppose
