I believe it splits the month as 2 14-day periods and adds one for you and one for your friend.

But one of the webpages says "Split 30 days between you and a friend" and the email (or vice-versa) says "Split 60 days between you and a friend."
Also, one of them says to enter the Invite back code first, the other says enter your payment information or serial key to renew the account first.
Ana and I had this problem when we purchased Going Rogue. Invalid and conflicting information had her put the GR serial key in first, thus invalidating the Invite a Friend back key.

It used to be 30 days, but now it is 60 days, i.e. one month each
When you send someone an invite to return to the game, and they re-up, do you both get a free month, or is it one month split between the two of you?
