Archery/Dev

I'm contemplating a respec on my level 44 arch/dev due to the new(ish) fitness inherent. What I can't decide is what would be the most helpful to fill those spots. Leadership? Fighting? Hasten?

Once I respec, I'll delve into IO sets for her which is why I haven't posted her current build. I haven't done anything with her on those lines but I've been scouring already posted builds to get a good idea of which sets will make her a enemy melting range machine. I just haven't been able to find anything really recent. Perhaps my search fu is on the fritz!

Thanks for the help and suggestions.

Assuming you've got a stacked stealth (Cloaking Device + Super Speed or Stealth IO), grab Recall Friend and slap a single EndRedux in it.

Hasten's a must. I hear you can get by with L50 IOs and only a single extra slot.

Smoke Grenade with an Accuracy - every little bit of -ToHit helps, and it can even be used tactically when spawns are close together...

Combat Jumping or Hover (whichever you don't happen to have) for increased mobility in any situation (I prefer to hoverblast outside and in big rooms, but jump in corridors).

While I do like hover, perhaps on a trip-mine user some of the advantage of hovering would be lost versus staying on the ground and leading them onto mines/caltrops.

I do prefer Air Superiority over Hover for those times when I need to finish someone off in melee.

I have taken leadership with my scraps but I'm not sure if I should with a blaster. I'm pretty firm on what powers I'll take within arch and devices. I'm just having an issue with power picks and epic power pools.

I really like Hasten for helping speed up minefields AND your next use of Rain of Arrows.

Not really. You can just hit the x key (or whatever you bind the descend key to) and get close enough quickly. You do tends to slide a little, though, if you're angled at all, but not much of a problem with a little practice. (note that my above suggestions are how I handled respeccing my AR/Dev, with the exception of grabbing Maneuvers to mule an LotG recharge since he already had Hasten).

Chrysame, it all depends on what your playstyle and what you want to do with your blaster.

If you tend to be in melee range a lot, then fighting pool could be good. Hasten is always good for any build, IMO. Leadership is always good, but not necessary. You could also pick up the medecine pool, if that's your thing... Aid self is always handy.

With my Arch/Dev/Munitions blaster, I play at range (even when I'm ambushing with trip mines and time bomb) and I went for a VERY recharge heavy build so I can have more Rain of Arrows and Gun Drone! But, I'm very squishy as I have very little defenses... but not too much of an issue when I kill things quickly.

I added in Taser, Smoke Grenade, and Combat Jumping. All 1 slotted except for Taser, which I pulled 4 slots out of Surveillance so I could 5-slot Taser with Stupefy IOs for more +rech and a LotG +Rech in CJ. Plus Taser stacks nicely with Stunning Shot for bosses (which you probably already know) and CJ gives me some immob protection too.

I already had hover and fly as I usually rain death from above when teamed and it keeps melee'ers off me. Teams usually kill too quickly for me to really set up any mines, unless I stealth ahead a few mobs. Hover is also a great place for another LotG +rech IO.

But anyway, again... it's all up to you and your playstyle as to what to take.

Grant Invisibility is also a good one slot power.

You can put a LotG + rech in it.

You can summon and invis your buff pet veteran power and its survival time goes way up.

Do you have Aid Self? I added that in for my Arch/Dev, which helps: there is always some damage that finds its way to you. I like to use it and save green inspirations for mid-fight healing.

After that, it's kind of up to you. Teleport friend can usually be helpful, especially since your character can be easily set up to stealth missions. If you have some ancillary powers that will be useful to tap, go for that (I think I'd go for those over Tough, unless you want a resist power for a Steadfast +def earlier in your career).
