How do you see Prestige numbers on the SG listing?

Click and drag the top of the column.
The SG window can be expanded left to right, and many (but not all) of the column headers can be expanded or contracted as desired. This should allow you to get the Prestige column to an acceptable width.

I tried both of your suggestions, to no avail. Clicking and dragging the top of the column increases the vertical size, showing more SGs, but I still can't see more than 6 digits on any of them. For me, the window can't be expanded left to right no matter where I click, nor the individual columns.
Just to make sure, I'm talking about the SG listing showing all supergroups, not the individual SG window for your own SG.
Do you resize your UI through the Options window?
I can resize the column at the SG Registrar the way you're talking about with the methods others suggested. However, since I set my UI to 85%, I find that I often have problems getting the "right spot" on some other windows, especially the edges of certain windows (*coughChatWindowcough*) to resize them. Maybe you're running into a similar problem?

That's probably it, then ; I run at 113%. Will try at 100% later. Thanks!
Edit: yep, switching scale to 100% helped. Thanks again. 
All I see is the last 6 digits, and there doesn't seem to be a way to expand the window.
