Travel surpression is not a movement speed debuff. Rather, it is an outside system that sets your movement speed to a certain (very low) level.
At least, that's my understanding of it; correct me if I'm wrong.
ah, so it just lowers the movement speed into a low fixed speed? meh, i guess i will just repec out the slot from swift, then. x)

just asking because i am not used to the movement suppress that i get when i am attacking/attacked. x( and i want it to be faster.
