New forum software didn't support the formatting that The City Scoop used. The old issues are still around the last I looked but without the formatting they are a wreck.
Edit: They are still in the Announcements board. Search for threads with City Scoop! in the title there over a year old.
Edit 2: Okay, only the first few are busted badly, the later ones don't look half bad.

Tony's wiki has some great back issues preserved, without the troublesome forum formatting issues.

Not too long ago, there use to be a News Paper 'ish periodical series on this message board (can still find past issues), based on everything City of Heroes / City of Villains ... what ever happened to it ?
