I have a 50 ma/reg scrapper I am looking to set up and put all my money into, but would like some suggestions and advice before I did so please.

This does take into account the ultra rare incarnate by the way, which is going to be easier to get than the several sets of purples.

thanks for your time

I don't consider myself an expert by any means, but I do have a lvl 50 MA/Regen.

If you can find the slot, I would advise putting a +Rech Force Feedback proc in Dragon's Tail. It will proc quite often, and the +Rech boost for 10 seconds (I think- 5 seconds per the Wiki) is quite nice. I'd use that extra slot from Physical Perfection.

No Cobra Strike? It's a nice attack after the buff. I dropped Crane Kick for it, and haven't looked back.

Moment of Glory needs Recharge, IMO. I use it to let me spike the big boss, before she spikes me.

Just some thoughts.

Thank you for the reply! I really do appreciate it!

taking your advice for all things, I came up with this. I switched the lotg item in mog for a recharge and am kinda happy with the 57 sec recharge (all things going)

the main times I need it is when there is a lot of mobs spawn or something and I am a bit laggy (bad on a clicky set like regen, but oh well) and it's hard to get it activated.

I changed a few minor things around with your advice. My defenses and resists are low, and I am wondering if I might have put too much emphasis on regen/hit points and sacraficed too much?

Thanks again!

Yes, you put too much emphasis on regen/hit points. Just in glancing over it, you seem to be well over the threshold of perma Dull Pain. If you have the +HP accolades, Dull Pain will cap your HP every time you use it, making all of those +HP bonuses completely redundant.

You already have plentyo of regen as well. My general rule is: Only slot for more regen when there is nothing else more useful you could gain from those slots. Chances are, you're going to end up with regen bonuses by accident while chasing other stuff, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

As far as defense/resists go:

Defense is a LOT easier to come by on a /Regen, since you only have Resilience and Tough providing resistance.

My personal preference is to slot /Regen for S/L defense instead of positional. Mostly because the vast majority of defense debuffs in teh game come from swords and machine guns, which are tagged lethal. Regen has no debuff resistance of any kind, so if you slot for melee defense it will disappear in a hurry. (It'll still disappear with S/L defense, but not quite as fast)

The flip side of that is that if you go L/S and find you can crank up your difficulty against foes tagged that way, then you end up fighting something with lots of, say, energy or negative energy attacks (particularly ranged ones, for which attacks of those damage types often have no L/S component), you're going to get eaten alive by spawn sizes you could have shrugged off.

For that reason, I tend to prefer positional. It may give a lower peak performance, but I find it far more consistent. (I have characters with both.)

If you go the smashing/lethal route, pick up the Combat Shield day power accolade.

+15% smashing/lethal/energy

Cobra Strike is pretty much a mandatory power in MA these days, so I absolutely agree with that pickup. I like to slot for S/L def on my MA/reg, so I'd say slot all your single target attacks with kinetic combats, and then throw a 5th slot in CS for a perox hami-o. Drop revive, seriously, if you faceplant on a 50 regen, you're doing it wrong. I'd pick up Crane Kick instead, it's another great attack in general, and is simply fantastic against KB resistant mobs like AVs. Also, if you're going the S/L def route rather than positional, you can steal slots out of FA for other things, instead of muling a full 6 slots of Gausians. Lastly, consider taking (and slotting) ET, because it's pure awesome. MA only has DT for AoE damage, and ET adds a nice cone with solid damage and knockdown to your alreadly impressive attack chain.
