Only thing I can think of is to make sure you equipped your Musc Total Rad Revamp.

Go to Peregrine Island and check if the level 50 minions con blue, that's how you'll know it's working.

Either check level 50 mobs, or summon pets if you have any; their level should also include a "+1".

Glad to be of assistance. After I19 launched and I got enough Shards to make my first Alpha Boost, I spent AGES (well, okay, a good 10-15 minutes), cursing that it didn't seem to work. So I started from scratch, brought up the window, checked that I had converted shards, checked that I had crafted the blasted thing and then... I spotted the equip tab.

Congrat on your 50 +1 
Last night I saw someone whose level was 50 +1, I have done the WTF and got my notice of the well and then made my Muscalature toatal radial revamp which said in it's description 'this also applies a level shift' so I was kind of hoping to be 50 +1 now but I'm not (sulks) what am I doing wrong?
