Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
Better chance of getting a response if you post something roughly what you want and let the mid gurus tweak that. The Mid's gurus generally arent willing to do all the legwork, but will give plenty of feedback to those who who make an effort.
Here's a couple of things to look into though
-combat jumping:the -immob can save your life..and easy LoTg 7.5 holder
-leadership:lovely for kins since they are so reliant on acc for buffs..2 easy 7.5 LotG holders
-find somewhere for at least 1 -KB IO..my own kin has a total -12 lol

not bad for a what it does, id only change a few things myself. nice and cheap too, my favorite option XD
-siphon speed seems overslotted to me, maybe 1 acc and 1 rech, but you will likely not need to be worried about casting it as often as its up with that much global rech..on my own elec/kin i know I dont have this much rech and im still too busy
-from your procs im guessing you plan to use the basic ammo more often than not b/c my understanding is the procs only go off when whatever their respective effect is being used. that being said i find I get more from the fire ammo vs anything else.

Flurry... really. If you are muling a set for melee damage, couldn't you find something better than flurry?
Personally I think slotting up siphon speed is a good option since from what I have read around the defender forums is that after the accuracy check, the debuff from siphon speed is IRRESISTIBLE, meaning full debuffs on AVs.
Of the powers in the suggested build, I prefer suppressive fire to executioner's shot. Suppressive can immediately take out particularly nasty targets like sky raider engineers, sappers, communications officers, etc.

Hey i'm trying to build a teaming friendly DP/Kin, loadsa rech would be nice for the Aoe's and fulc etc, but i seem to run out of slots... few power im skipping, and a few i love and want i made a list below... Could anyone that has experience with this sort of toon please help bu throwing a rough biuld together I can tweak ??
