Static Field
Static Field is a pseudopet, so I believe it will only have a chance to proc once, when you activate the power.
"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill
We will honor the past, and fight to the last, it will be a good way to die...
Actually, it should work normally, once you remember that the pseudopet is the one casting the sleeps. So should fire quite regularly, but it will only prevent the mobs from targeting the Static Field pseudopet, which they couldn't do anyway. In short, while the proc is technically functional, it will give no benefit.
Showing a mag 3.0 sleep here, with 5% chance for an extra mag 1.0...

The effect would be interesting since they can't target the Field to begin with.

On a side note, kinda disappointed the Gremlins do not accept End Mod sets. Wanted to see what happens if I had slotted the stun proc into them.
Has anyone used the Placate proc to any success in this power? I'm curious if it will randomly placate mobs to people within the field. The mag 1 sleep is sad really, was hoping to increase its ability of mitigation.
I'm aware it doesn't make people invisible, just drops target. I've used it to great success in my Trick Arrow toons.
