Any flaws before I start buying stuff for respec?
Do you not plan on running focused accuracy and tactics? Even with cardiac, that is very underslotted.
I can't comment on the rest, as I don't have mids on this computer.
I made some slight changes involving your def shields, by adding 3 enzyme exposure Hami-o's you can drop maneuvers all together (and regain a slot that I just dropped in physical perfection) or just keep it as a mule. Either way that will drop your end consumption a great deal and probably open up some other options to you as well. The bonuse you get from the to-hit sets in FA and tactics could be gained by slotting brawl with 4 kinetic combats allowing you to drop both those powers if you wanted to.

I have a level 50 Claws/DA Scrapper who hasn't been respec'ed since the I19 Inherent Fitness and I am not in love with her current build, regardless. I am working on the Cardiac Alpha slot with her and don't want to spend too too much on the build. I'll be getting the LotG: Recharges and probably the Kinetic Combat triples through A Merits.
